Keeping WordCamp Organizers Motivated After Setbacks

WordCamp planning is hard enough even if things go perfectly every time. I’d like to hear about teams that have successfully overcome major setbacks and how they kept everyone from becoming discouraged.

Man, I could write a book. Wouldn’t mind having this talk, and converting it into some usual blog posts.

I although think on a similar line it would be a good idea to share some WordCamp horror stories or at least vent in a trusted, secure atmosphere. Either the summit or a coffee shop is suitable for this particular sideroad conversation.
