We have a user manual on draft that needs some love, some updating to WP 4.0 and then published somewhere new users can find it.
Right now, anyone new to WP has to find their way around the codex, which can be intimidating for a non dev. I’m seeing loads of new users lost and overwhelmed. The majority just want some sort of guide so they know what to expect when they click buttons or fill in settings.
Also, anyone working with WP and customers and clients has no official source to send people for general WP 101 docs.
